PRICING:

• We are the only hire company in the UK that publishes all our pricing online. We guarantee there are absolutely no other fees or hidden charges when you hire from us.
• The above prices are NOT subject to VAT – the price you see is the price you pay.
• We will always offer you a fair deal. If you extend your minimum hire to move into a lower rate period, we will reduce your hire rate to the new lower rate from the time you contact us, including the whole week you are currently in.
• Our expert team are always on hand to advise you on the typical costs for your hire period. You can also use our online calculator to give you additional peace of mind.

DELIVERY:

• Standard delivery and collection is £58.00 each way inside M25, a discounted rate of £29.00 each way is available for local deliveries within 4 miles of our Hersham Surrey depot. (PLEASE NOTE: This is per consignment, not per unit). For prices at greater distances, please contact our team on 0208 844 1665.
• Our delivery and collection charges include delivery to GROUND FLOOR RECEPTION ONLY. If you require an extra team member to assist with stairs, set up or removal, we charge a flat £56.00 for as many units as you hire per floor. This can be decided at the time of delivery or collection.
• Our prices do not include the London Congestion Charge or Motorway Toll charges.

INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE:

• Our swap-in / swap-out service is standard and included at no additional cost. In the unlikely event a unit breaks down we will replace it free of charge.
• The air-conditioning unit must be positioned so as to vent to an outside area, for example through a window or false ceiling.
• Extra length hoses are available free of charge – please ask when ordering.
• For permanent installation, window and wall kits are available – please enquire for our rates.
• All our ATA models do NOT require the emptying of the integrated water tanks as they are fully automatic.

PRODUCT INFO:

• Prices, specifications and availability of our hire units can change at any time – please confirm on order.
• Some units may, on occasion, be substituted for a similar model.
• In the case of under-capacity, where you choose to hire less powerful, or a smaller number of units than recommended, these units can only be considered as local ‘spot coolers’ and are unlikely to reduce the air temperature to the desired level across your entire indoor space.
• Please note that units greater than 3.52kw (12,000BTUs) can be noisy and therefore not normally suitable for an office environment.
• All our units require a 13 amp socket.
