Important notes on hire costs
PRICING:
- We are the only hire company in the UK that publishes all our pricing online. We guarantee there are absolutely no other fees or hidden charges when you hire from us.
- The above prices are NOT subject to VAT – the price you see is the price you pay.
- We will always offer you a fair deal. If you extend your minimum hire to move into a lower rate period, we will reduce your hire rate to the new lower rate from the time you contact us, including the whole week you are currently in.
- Our friendly team are always on hand to advise you on the typical costs for your hire period. Call us on 0208 844 1665 for a ‘zero-commitment’ quote.
DELIVERY:
- Standard delivery and collection is £58.00 each way inside M25, a discounted rate of £29.00 each way is available for local deliveries within 4 miles of our Hersham Surrey depot. (PLEASE NOTE: This is per consignment, not per unit). For prices at greater distances, please contact our team on 0208 844 1665.
- Our delivery and collection charges include delivery to GROUND FLOOR RECEPTION ONLY. If you require an extra team member to assist with stairs, set up or removal, we charge a flat £56.00 for as many units as you hire per floor. This can be decided at the time of delivery or collection.
- Our prices do not include the London Congestion Charge or Motorway Toll charges.
INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE:
- No installation or maintenance is required for any of our heater units.
- Our swap-in / swap-out service is standard and included at no additional cost. In the unlikely event a unit breaks down we will replace it free of charge.
- All our radiators are fitted with programmable thermostats and timers for a cost-efficient solution to heating your indoor space.
PRODUCT INFO:
- Prices, specifications and availability of our hire units can change at any time – please confirm on order.
- Some units may, on occasion, be substituted for a similar model.
- All our radiators are fitted with a thermal cut out switch and an anti-topple safety switch making them the safest portable heating units for any environment.
- Our infrared heaters are particularly suited for keeping employees and persons warm in large open indoor spaces
- All our units require a 13 amp socket.
