Do you offer delivery for AC units?
We offer standard delivery and collection around London, when you choose air conditioner hire from Chilly Pepper Hire. There is also a discounted rate for clients within 4 miles of our hub in Hersham.
Can I hire more than one unit?
Yes, if you have a larger premises to cool, you need more than one unit. You will also get a slightly cheaper rate when you hire multiple units at once. You can use our online calculator to see hire rates and periods.
What happens if the unit stops working?
Our air conditioner hire costs include a swap-in and swap-out service at no extra cost. If your unit stops working, we’ll make sure we get a replacement for you quickly.
Do you have a minimum hire period?
In summer, we do have a minimum hire period of 2 weeks. This applies from the 1st June. Hiring for longer will give you a better rate, don’t forget, so get ahead of the heatwave and arrange your air conditioner hire in advance for the summer.
